The Pagani Promise
We're confident you'll love your Pagani Design watch. But if it doesn't earn its place on your wrist, we make returns simple.
30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to request a return for any reason. No questions asked.
To qualify for a return, your watch must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How To Start A Return
- Contact us: Email support@paganidesignsusa.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- We'll respond with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions
- Ship it back using the label we provide
- Get your refund within 10 business days of us receiving the return
Please note: Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged Or Defective Items
Inspect your watch immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@paganidesignsusa.com right away and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized watches
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your watch is to:
- Return your current watch using the process above
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the watch you want
This ensures you get the model you want without delay.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@paganidesignsusa.com.
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification required.
The same conditions apply: item must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.
